These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Agents for tradies (the "Service"), operated by Livesuite Pty Ltd ("Livesuite", "we", "us", "our"), trading as Agents for tradies. By creating an account, completing a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you are using the Service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
Agents for tradies provides AI-powered assistant, booking, quoting, invoicing, review, and financial-tracking agents for trades businesses, including implementation and configuration of those agents into your existing business tools. Features available to you depend on the plan you select.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The Service uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your prompts, for reviewing outputs before relying on them, for any messages or documents the Service sends on your behalf, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. The Service is not a substitute for licensed legal, accounting, financial, or tax advice. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts that misuse the Service (including generating illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or attempts to jailbreak the AI).
Livesuite retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan during the term. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. If you or a rights-holder believes content or output infringes IP rights, contact us at hello@tradieagent.io for takedown. Repeated infringement may result in termination.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our refund window.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), or liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion where practical.
You agree to indemnify Livesuite against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The courts of Australia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
