Refund Policy

Agents for tradies is operated by Livesuite Pty Ltd. We want you to be happy with what you're paying for, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Our guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Agents for tradies subscription or setup, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both the one-time setup fee and your first month's subscription.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Agents for tradies orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net, enter the email you used at checkout, and follow the prompts; or
• Email us at hello@tradieagent.io and we'll help you raise the request.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account and you won't be billed for the next period. Refunds for fees already paid outside the 30-day window are at our discretion, consistent with Paddle's refund policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
