This Privacy Notice explains how Livesuite Pty Ltd ("Livesuite", "we", "us"), trading as Agents for tradies, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website and Service.

1. Who is the data controller

Livesuite Pty Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through Agents for tradies. You can contact us at hello@tradieagent.io.

2. What we collect and why

• Account & identity data (name, business name, email, phone) — to create your account, deliver the Service, and contact you about your subscription. Legal basis: performance of contract.
• Business context data (trade, crew size, services, tools used) — to configure and implement your agents. Legal basis: performance of contract.
• Conversation & content data (prompts, messages, documents you submit to agents) — to operate the agents and produce outputs you request. Legal basis: performance of contract.
• Usage & device data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, agent usage telemetry) — for security, fraud prevention, debugging, and improving the Service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support data (messages you send us) — to respond to and resolve your enquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing data (email opt-ins) — to send updates and offers where you've agreed. Legal basis: consent (you can opt out at any time).

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us. We receive transaction metadata only (e.g. plan, amount, status).

3. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting and database (Supabase / Lovable Cloud), AI model providers used to run agents, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tooling.
• Merchant of Record (Paddle) — for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and insurance advisers, where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
• Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. International transfers

Some of our subprocessors are located outside Australia (including the United States and the EEA). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and the recipient's own compliance commitments to protect your information.

5. How long we keep data

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Conversation and content data is retained for the life of your account and then deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

6. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you can ask us to: access the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its processing; export a portable copy; or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tradieagent.io. We aim to respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security on our database, and secure secret management. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure the Service. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to you where required.
